is this sentence correct?

Christine advised that Holman agreed changed the payment term to L/C. Would you please advise the date of your agreement or you prefer reply him by yourself. Please advise.

It is very difficult to understand what you mean. It would help if you did not use the general verb "advise" so much. Also, make the direct and indirect objects explicit.
