is this sentence correct?

I guessed at a few things that weren't totally clear:

The survey cost is around HKD800.00 per all type container for all types of container. but only allow in 2 hour We allow two hours for the survey, and there is an additional charge of HKD100 per for each excess hour [or part thereof?]. the booking form
