Is this sentence correct?

Hi, could you please let me know if the following sentence is correct:

- When addressing this non-conformance, the auditee is to address it not only for the project audited but for all the projects, where he is acting as Project Manager.

Thanks in advance,

The auditee is to address this nonconformance not only for the project audited but for all projects where he is acting as project manager. That would be my version, but yours without the comma before "where" would also be OK. I wouldn't capitalize "project manager" unless that is standard practice for documents within your company.
