Is this sentence correct.

Amendment ot existing first Mortgage and Security Agreement dated April 6, 1998 (the
"First Mortgage") on 385 & 399 Broadway, Lynnfield, MA. 01940 ("the Mortgaged Property") including all buildings, improvements, and fixtures located thereon. (Satisfactory legal description must be provided to DCS's legal counsel)

The second word should be OF not 'ot' It appears correct to me but then again I'm not a lawyer. They can always find something wrong with it. Ask a lawyer just in case.

The second word should be OF not 'ot'
It appears correct to me but then again I'm not a lawyer. They can always find something wrong with it. Don't quote me on this...Ask a lawyer just in case.

It seems there is no ' verb ' from Amendment .... to thereon. So it is not a complete sentence but only a phrase with more to follow ...
