Do you mean "The concert of the famous singer will begin at seven tonight." is wrong?

No, it is not wrong, but I feel it's more natural to use "by" in your sentence. Emotion: smile

As I noticed:
You wrote "You're welcome.", What's the difference between you're welcome & you're welcomed?, I've taken passive voice in school and should welcome be welcomed..!

Thanks teechr

"You're welcome" is a standard English reply to "Thank you."

"You're welcomed" may work as part of a longer passive sentence.
e.g. "After you check into the resort, you're welcomed by the staff and shown to your room."

I think it should be, ''After you check into the resort, you are welcomed by the staff and shown your room.''

"... shown to your room" is correct.
