Yes, it’s. The compound predicate appears in the subordinate (noun) clause "... that you’’re not doing your homework and sleeping in class!" The 1st predicate is "... are not doing your homework..." and the 2nd "... are sleeping in class!" The coordinating conjunction is the ‘and’.

It's a poorly written sentence because it could easily be read as "not sleeping in class." Switch the order.
