Is this sentence ambiguius?

?Could you answer what A and B below implies without context?


- A. He was walking to me with a cat.


1. He was walking to me and I was with a cat.

2. He was with a cat and he was walking to me.

3. Either 1 or 2 according to context.


- B. He was sitting next to a woman with a cat.


4. He was sitting next to a woman and the woman was with a cat.

5. He was with a cat and he was sitting next to a woman.

6. Either 4 or 5 according to context.


I'd say the right answers 3 and 6.
