In everyday English it's fine (in my opinion). In more formal English, I guess you should say "... " I wouldn't recommend using it in this way except in casual conversation when it's clear from the context and intonation that this meaning is intended.

misty77Yeah I meant if this construction is OK to use in everyday english. For instance, a person gets an embarassing email from his boss because of a decision this guy took. And I have to console him so I was wondering is the above mentioned construction OK to use?
