Is this sentence a run on? If so, how can I fix it.

"He thinks of all the hours upon hours of cleaning every crack, crevice, and seam imaginable while sweating profusely in the jungle like atmosphere."

Is this a run-on? If so how can it be fixed?

He thinks of all the house that he spen t cleaning... jungle -- but then you lost me. The original wasn't wrong, but I think the italicized part added adds to the clarity.
