Is this sentence a inversion? "such a collection as is here made"

There republication now is in response to a number of requests for such a collection as is here made, though I have been unable to include some essay that were suggested for inclusion.


I encountered this sentence in the book.

I don't understand the structure of "such a collection as is here made".
