Can I get ATT Dsl without having ATT phone/voice service? As of now, I want to keep my Verzion phone service and cancel my Verizon Dsl so I can switch over to ATT Dsl. Can I still get the promotion price of 19.99 for 1 years with speed up to 1.5MB.
When I checked to see if DSL is avalible in my area, It said yes.
