Is this sentece correct?

When an Indonesian businessman called Bossman expands his company to Kuala Lumpur, he brings his ridiculous, yet hilarious, company disarray with it. Who is to blame though? The Bossman himself!

The only change I agree with is the deletion of "the" in the last sentence. The rest are unnecessary.
