Maybe you could use the expression that "quality comes before quantity." Having two "Q words" sounds nice. Or something more proactive like this:

While working on complex systems for more than two years, we've ensured that quality remains our highest priority.

You could sweeten it by emphasizing both quality and "speed" (quantity or you could say productivity).
