Is this sentance correct? Is the use of the comma correct?

We are a local, private occupational therapy service who specialise in the assessment and recommendation of equipment and adaptations, to help you stay independent.

If you want to keep it more formal, I would say: We are a local, private, occupational therapy service, which specializes in the assessment and the recommendation of both equipment and other adaptive methods to help our clients remain independent. Note, I am using the American spelling of specialize rather than the British specialise . I hope this helps.
