Is this semantically correct?

Don't forget you have to fly naked to prevent you from hiding anything in your shoes... or possibly, shoes are sent on a separate flight that's nothing but shoes... it will be called the "shoe barge". All liquids will be siphoned out of orifices prior to flight including and not limited to all liquids held by a peritoneal dialysis membrane (the airline will supply you with FAA approved fluid once you board). Fingernails must be clipped short and not pointy. Restrictive harnesses may be administered and locked to removable bar attached to the row of seats in front or on the cabin roof. Windows may be removed or locked shut to prevent passengers from plotting hijackings based upon landmarks, alternately eyes can be taped shut. Also, when stepping on the scale it should loudly announce your weight and fee. Anyone weighing over 350 pounds automatically sets off a large display with flashing lights and balloons and confetti and music. This is to signify the automatic $500 "fat-fee" surcharge as a boon to the airline. Humidity will be kept high to accommodate those prone to nosebleed and there will be no peanuts because some people are killed by them. The inflight movie will always be airline propaganda films or Paulie Shore films. Alternately 1965's Devil Doll or Manos: The Hand of Fate may be presented.

Everything seems to be fine except "hijacking based upon landmarks".

Top answer

It's correct: The author suggests that if they can see out the windows, the hijackers will use the landmarks out the window to tell where they are in the air so they can time their attack correctly. Actually, the punctuation isn't right. It should have a period after "landmarks" and "alternatively" should start a new sentence.
