0No, Jackson, I cannot agree that anything that includes" ... But! He is" is correct outside of poetry. You were given some good altneratives by good English speakers, and you would do well to be guided by their advice. Not evertyhing you hear is going to be correct English. What you have written might be an accuate transcription of what was said, but even so, that does not make it good grammar.
