Is this right that "I have of money"?

A: Do you have money now?
#B-1: Yes , I have of money. 
#B-2 : No, I have out of money.

I just make the dialog like this.
then, I 'm curious about they are right or not.

I think #B-1 is right but a little bit strange, am I right?
 If correct it, I have some money.
I guess #B-2 is  wrong.
It should be corrected as I am out of money.
