Is this right?

"God Bless You All!" Is this correct to have the explanation point inside the parentheses?

If you mean the EXCLAMATION mark, yes - it should be inside the speech marks when you are showing what somebody is saying. " she shouted. "

If you mean the EXCLAMATION mark, yes - it should be inside the speech marks when you are showing what somebody is saying.

Also note how the exclamation mark doesn't act as a sentence end (full stop) when it goes with speech:

"Look!" she shouted.

However, if it is in place of a full stop at the END OF THE WHOLE SENTENCE, then the sentence finishes after the speech mark:
