Is this right?

I am sorry but I can not commit to work full-time. My current manager will need a replacement for me. also,my parents are coming next month. I'll need to do some traveling with them. I do not want to keep you hanging so I thought of letting you know in advance. Thanks

There is nothing inherently wrong with what you wrote. I might write it like this: "I'm sorry but I can't commit to working full-time. My current manager will need a replacement for me.
