Hi mubrik88

I don't hear people use 'extend' with 'vocabulary' that often. It might not be the most common collocation. You could also try improve/expand/increase/develop/build etc.

I agree with PBF's comments and I would also like to add that "would" is a more likely word than "should" in your particular sentence. This is what I might write:

- What method would you recommend to expand my vocabulary?


This is the way I might use "should":
