Is the question below grammatically constructed ?

'At least, how many people are in the party ?'

I have no idea how to put 'at least' in other place in the sentence.

For example, can I make a sentence like this ?

'How many people is the least in the party ?' or 'How many people is in the party at least ?'

I think starting a sentence with how much or how many is more appropriate in my opinion.

-- How many people are at the party?
-- Eight.

Eight is the least number of people at the party.
Eight is the most number of people at the party.
Eight is the number of people at the party.
