Is this question correct?

I am wondering whether this question is correct:
What is the Impact of Using Mobile Devices in English Language Teaching from the Perspective of Developing Interaction and Pronunciation?

I would like to say that I am going to find out if for example Cortana (Siri) helps to develop interaction, like you have to talk to them and ask them some questions and so on.....this is - "developing interaction" (but shouldn't be there "of Development of Interaction" e.g.?)

the second part is clear, because it is connected with and, so I think it is without any problems.

Thanks very very much in advance!

Hello and thanks for your reply.

It should be a title, so I thought I should have all these letters capitalized.

Thank you

You need to supply that kind of information so that we don't waste time. Then it should be shortened:
