Yes. Can we use "got known" in the sense of being informed or told?
Or should it be "made known/let known"?

It is understandable, yes, but it just isn't a natural construction in English. I know of one language that uses the causative with "know", but it isn't used in English. I'm guessing that you are trying for a literal translation of a construction in your native language that isn't used in English.
