Is this polite way to ask a professor?
Dear Prof. XYZ,
Attach is the zip file, containing my Fellowship application form and copies of supporting documentation. Please print out the supporting documents, stamped and sign them where necessary and send them together with the signed and stamped hard copy of the “Supervisor’s Comment Page” to the fellowship office before 30th March. Also upload the stamped "Supervisor Comment Page" to the online application system. Please, let me know if you need anything information or any other documents.

Just as you suspected, it does sound a bit offbeat to send to a professor. It is as if you are the professor writing to one of your students. It will probably be better to use wording like "I would be very grateful if you could..../I would very much appreciate it if you could..." There are some grammatical errors as well.

CliveWhy are you attaching your supporting documents? Can't he just print them out from the online system?The system only send the comment page to supervisor. All other documents should be send by the candidate. Thank you for help.
