Is this poem correct gramatycally?

I found a poem and I translated it into English. Can you please check if it is correct?

"Already autumn

is born in my eyes

Reigns

for several months

and goes away

I AM AS THE AUTUMN

gold, honest, warm, cold,
I LOVE THE AUTUMN
One day it will cover me by its
leaves
I AM AUTUMN ...
I can see that I'm passing.."
