Is this phrases right ? Present Perfect Continuous !!

We already have been breakfast.
They have been living here since January.
We have been waiting on the platform since three o'clock.
She has been writing letters all morning, but I havn't started to write any yet.
How long have you been staying in that old hotel ?
They have been working in the same hotel for 20 years now.
I have been shoping all the morning, but I havn't buy anything yet.
He has writing a book for the last six months, but maked very little progress so far.

We have been fishing for two hours now.

I havn't saw him today, but he has been telling mary that he'd be in for dinner.
