Is this phrase make any sense in english to you?

I have wonderd if the below instruction/phrase make any sence in english? This comment coppied by me from my buiding services design drawing. Thank you advance for your help.


'Position of electric heaters shall be fitted as shown on the attached to this comment drawing and also their exact position shall be co-coordinated on site to suit furniture layout.'
