Is this phrase grammatically correct?

So I'm watching a video on Youtube about death animations in World of Warcraft video game and I want to comment and I'm confused what to say, I want to say Both undead male and female death make me giggle. The Undead is a race in World of Warcraft and in this phrase it functions as an adjective right? The word undead is like the word poor and the poor. I'm also confused about death, is it correct? or should it be deaths? Please clear up my confusion and thanks in advance.
