Using clues from Sammaster’s journal, Pavel and Will journeyed to the desolate moorlands of Thar in search of an ancient temple that contained knowledge about the Rage. Unable to locate the site of the ruins, the companions eventually encountered an ogre tribe that was being attacked by a blue dragon, and decided to aid the giant-kin. After having a major role in defeating the wyrm, Pavel and Will convinced the ogres to guide them to the hidden location of the ruins. The two comrades and the ogres arrived at their destination after several days of travel, and they defeated the ancient traps within the temple as well as the squamous spewers that Sammaster had left as guardians to protect the secrets.
