Is this passage completely correct?

The spy that the mages had hired to follow Tol secretly overheard the conversation between the four and decided that the nullstone would be a formidable tool. The spy confronted Tol and revealed himself to be Crake, one of the young warrior’s old friends from Juramona. Crake had been forced to flee the provincial town after he had caused the death of a tavern patron and then traveled to Daltigoth, where he had become an ambitious and dangerous assassin and spy. After Tol refused to relinquish the nullstone to Crake, the two of them engaged in a fight that ended with Tol killing Crake on the steps of the Imperial Palace itself. Seriously wounded during the duel, Tol fell unconscious on the steps and was then brought into the palace, where he was healed by the clerics of Mishas.
