Is this passage completely correct?

When Tol and Egrin reached Juramona, they learned how the Pakin army in the Eastern Hundred had been defeated by imperial troops under the command of Lord Regobart. They were the warriors who had defeated the Pakins in the recent battle, and were now hunting down hundreds of others who had scattered throughout the province. Tol and Egrin promptly confronted Dermount, who freely admitted that he was Grane and had served the Pakin Pretender not out of loyalty, but only to increase his own power. After a short dual between Egrin and Dermount, the mage once again used his magic to escape capture. Even with all the evidence proving that Grane was actually Dermount, Odovar refused to admit that the pleasure seeking noble was really the cunning foe that had ambushed his troops and nearly killed him.
