Is this passage all worded correctly?

Tol transformed the Horse Guards from a dandified street patrol into a true fighting force, a warrior band of brothers that showed the greatest respect and admiration towards him. However, even with Tol’s successes, he still had many enemies within the capital; the most dangerous being the second son of the emperor, Nazramin. The malicious prince despised the young lord for no other reason besides that he was born a peasant and should know his place. The prince had a large private retinue that came to be known as "Nazramin’s Wolves," which included over twenty noble warriors who had disaffected from the Horse Guards rather than accept Tol as their leader. The Wolves caused trouble throughout Daltigoth by beating up courtiers and officials who affronted them, starting brawls in taverns, and harassing clerics and sorcerers loyal to the Crown Prince.
