Is this passage all correctly worded?

In Daltigoth, Relfas and ten of his subordinate warlords were executed by the order of Ackal V for their failure in the battle at the Solvin Hills. Also at that time, the emperor had Oropash executed for his failure in not preventing the defeats of the empire’s armies by the bakali force. Helbin, who had disappeared from the capital prior to Oropash’s execution, was proclaimed to be a traitor. The White-Robed wizard Winath was then made the leader of the imperial mages, and when she returned to the Tower of Sorcery, she discovered that Oropash’s last spell had been an image of the future sent to Tol. Knowing that this information could result in the deaths of all the mages in Daltigoth, Winath decided to keep it a secret from everyone.
