Is this passage all correct?

Tol welcomed the small, yet well-trained addition to his army, which then continued the eastward journey to join with Egrin’s hordes. The following day, the Army of the East arrived near the border of the Great Green, where captured nomads revealed that Tokasin and the Firepath tribe, considered the fiercest fighters of the plainsmen, were located at the Isle of Elms, which was a defensible position. When Tol’s force arrived at the grove, they discovered Egrin’s hordes in battle against Tokasin’s nomads. Tol immediately led the Ergothian and Tarsan soldiers in a charge against the plainsmen, slaying hundreds and forcing the remaining to retreat into the Isle of Elms.
