Is this paragraph correct?

You did something in your life that you have regretted doing. Write a paragraph wherein you describe what it was and why you have regretted it. Your paragraph must take into considered the following:
-at least three different modal verbs correctly used.
-at least two different conditional types correctly used
-at least two series of three adverbs
-at least one series with a minimum of three adjectives used predicatively.
The thing that I have done in my life which I have regretted happened specifically a year ago, at hospital. I was visiting my aunt who had a surgery. Before, I have psychologically prepared myself for the hospital' atmosphere. Hospitals generally have a strong, irresistable and medical smell. Besides, it is a direct exposure to blood. Because I'm a weak, sensible and chicken-hearted when I have seen my aunt and the tubes of blood surrounding her. I could not handle the situation, so I rushed away. Now, and more explecitly, my aunt accuse me of being arrogant. The thing is, if I did not go out, I would faint, and if I faint, it will take a long time to wake me up regardless of the terror I might cause to my mother. It is weird how one action might cause a deviation in events.
