My internet connection has been going on and off since morning.
Is this correct to mean my internet keeps connecting and disconnecting? Is there a better way of saying it?

There might well be a more common tech-savvy expression, but going off and on sounds good to me. [ 'Connecting and disconnecting' just sounds like too much. ]
