I don't like it much. "Located" is not necessary, and "a town" leaves me hanging. It's too vague. If you don't know which town, you have to at least imply that more strongly, maybe "He lives in Argentina now where he owns an apartment in an exclusive part of some town" or "He lives somewhere in Argentina n
