I should write something related to cellphones for English and I wonder if it's ok:

To begin with, there are countless advantages that someone could immediatly recognize by making use of a mobile phone compared to older generations where communication was limited to phisical means such as regular mail.

Although the main purpuse of the mobile phones was to communicate only, the developers of mobile phones such as Motorola on behalf of the increasing technology began to create mobile phones which included internet browser, games, multimedia players and video recording capabilities among others. These advances were successfully achieved by making use of the new microchips which were getting smaller and faster with the passage of time allowing them to expand their bussiness reachability since the cost of microchips were getting cheaper as the current technology advanced.

As of 2007, these devices were available in Argentina and despite the fact that their prices were significantly affected by the national currency of that country, the payment methods available in that country such as credit cards allowed almost every social class to obtain them.

Although mobile phones are widely known to have enhanced communication, their cultural impact has been negatively perceived by teachers of highschools and universities since many users refuse or forget to turn them off or setting them in silence mode during classes, in addition to it, games and internet access among other features which are being expanded with the passage of time and the continuous arise of technology could significantly divert students attention causing them to lower their performance at those institutions.

Nevertheless, the moderate usage of mobile phone along with the enforcement of institutional rules could solve this issue.
