Is this natural?

Hi, anyone who would like to help. Is this natural or should I change anything?

"Why do you keep saying that he's brain dead? He's not brain dead, okay?"

"Okay. But there hasn't exactly been much activity going on since the accident, has there? He's just lying there."

"Yes, because he's in a coma, but that doesn't mean that he's brain dead."
