Is this making sense?

Hi,

Is the sentence below making sense? It's from a book but there seems to be two verbs in it to me.

He's pissed the lobby is in such chaos with people standing in no particular line.

It makes perfect sense to me. "Standing" is not a finite verb, but heads a participial phrase (descriptive), which in turn is part of the prepositional phrase, "with people etc."

The main verb is "is," as in "He is etc."

The second "is" is part of the relative clause "[that] the lobby is etc."

I wasn't sure about the word "****."

So, can I take the sentence as:
He is ****** that the lobby is in such chaos with people standing in no particular line.?
