Is this make sense and correct in grammar?

Hi~ In the following writing, is the sentence in red correct in grammar?

If so, what does that mean? I don't konw but something seems be odd to me.

Inform students that the team at each table is competing with the
other tables to complete a chart like the one they used all week: creating
a column of visuals, definitions, and examples. Teams will complete their
assignment as fast and as accurately as possible. The team that finishes
first with all the answers correct will win a bonus playing card. (So keep
on working even if a team says they are done because they might not have
gotten every answer correct.) When each team is done, the chart will be
graded and one playing card given for each correct answer. After each
team has won the number of cards earned, they will add the value of the
cards. The team with the highest number of points wins. Each member of
the winning team will receive a prize

If so, what does that mean? It doesn't make sense. I think perhaps the word should be 'received'.
