Dear Mrs. Winslow, my name is Jose Palma from Merida, Yucatan, Mexico; I called you two weeks ago to ask about your courses. I´m especially interested in "Substation Maintenance Certification Program". There is scheduled Electrical Safety for Industrial Facilities course from 6/18/2012 to 6/21/2012 that I would like to start with. Please could you be so kind to help me with the next steps to take?
