Is this Letter correct ?

Please can someone correct my grammatical mistakes on this letter?Emotion: smile

Gentlemen,

I intend to hold a meeting coming Wednesday April 20 to discuss a few issues related to the department, share with you a proposed incentive plan for the collectors to be effective JUNE 1, 2005 and share together ideas to reduce further our collection default rate.

The meeting will start at 9:00 am and will last till 7:00 pm.

Please inform Miss *** if you need any hotel reservation or any other assistance.
