Is this idiomatic?

Would any of these work and do they sound natural?
How would you have said it?
I am behind with my sleep.
I am behind on my sleep.

I am 30 hours behind on my sleep. I haven't slept more than 3 hours a night the past 2 weeks.

Thanks
