Is this how it works?

Hi,

Check out Korea's most famous "leisure-stroll" spot

Can I be able to use the type of hyphenatd (linked) phrase in quotation marks, which does not represent a normal adjectival phrase?

I see no reason why the quotation marks are needed for ( leisure-stroll ). When 2 nouns come together the front will automatically function as an adjective. So it is not necessary an adjective itself.
