Is this how a native speaks?

Is this the way a native speak?

My employer will notice I have been absent and will be disappointed but the number of days I'm absent won't matter because all she'll see is that I was absent. She won't give importance to the number of days. So I might as well take as many sick days as possible.

I wonder how to say the aboue?

Hi That looks good to me Some employers will formally interview you if you are absent, say, on more than three separate occasions in a year or, in total, for more than ten days in the year But if the situation is as you describe it, then you have put it well Regards, Dave
