Well for me if your statement does not pleasing to be heard by your readers there is something wrong about it.

It is singular meaning you are the one who will perform the action so here I think is much better.

Am I be able to do it in a month? or

Am I capable of doing that in a month?

But wait your sentence is incomplete where is the taught to make it meaningfu

It's correct but the usage of "be" after "I" is unecessary...dat iz wat i feel..!!!!
