Is this grammatically correct? Would you help me say this in a better way?

Thank you in advance for your help.
We, the City and the citizens are interested in having a ABC. And, a couple of weeks ago, I sent to you the information why our City is a great place for ABC, as a next development location. Today, I am calling to see if you recieved the package. Also, we want to know what we can do for you to open a new ABC in our City.
