is this grammatically correct? thanks for your help.

Would you direct me where to find the Education Attainment Record for the City, from 1990 – 2010? I have checked the factfinder.gov and the census.gov, but I was not able to locate it. Below is the table of information that I try to find. Thank you for your help.

Just a couple comments/questions:

Is it a singular Record or plural Records that you are looking for?

Is 2010 a typo? It will be hard to find records for 2007 - 2010
