Is this grammatically correct? Thank you much for your help.

I have confirmed with GA that she would be available in Sept. Tony Grene will not be available, so there will be just one speaker. However, Gail informed me that she can cover the information he would provide.

I have confirmed with GA that she will be available in September. Tony Green(?) will not be available, so there will be just one speaker. However, Gail informed me that she can cover the information he would provide.

Are you talking about Tony Grene (?) here?
If so, I think you should change that to:

However, Gail informed me that she can cover the information he would have provided [had he been present].

I considered that briefly, Marius, but you will notice that the event is in the future, and Gail is speaking toward that. Gail said that she can cover (at the future meeting) the information that Tony would provide (in the future) if he were present (in the future). We do have the option of regressing the reported speech, but I think that since the condition so obviously still obtains that condi
